EVALUATION PLAN
Evaluation of the project is ongoing and, as they become available, results are disseminated to the Partnership and to peer-reviewed journals. The evaluation is comprehensive in that it covers the conceptualization and design of interventions, monitoring of project activities, assessment of intermediate goals and ultimate outcomes.
