DROP IN CENTER CASA's Drop In center is dedicated to people living with HIV/AIDS and their families a warm am supportive home-like setting to encourage development of new friendships, development of client advocacy and support networks, provide opportunities for study and quiet individual reflection. TRANSLATION INTERPRETER SERVICES All staff is bilingual and we pride ourselves in providing services in a culturally and linguistically competent manner (English/Spanish/ASL) CASE MANAGEMENT The Case Management team assists people living with HIV/AIDS and their families access a continuum of medical, social, mental health and supportive services essential to the maintenance and preservation of individual health and quality of life. FOOD SERVICES Provides access to supplemental food though the operation of a Food Voucher program for people who meet the required qualifications. ACCESS AND OUTREACH Identifies and assists people who have not entered into the HIV system of care to become aware of their HIV status and to seek appropriate primary medical care and other relevant services. VOLUNTEERS / PEER ADVOCATES This program recruites and coordinates volunteer services and activities, with the goal of developing a volunteer pool and peer relevant program. |
